High above Lake Lucerne, “The 5 Elements” is taking shape – a residential project that goes far beyond architecture.
It is the vision of a place where landscape, light, glass, natural materials and space merge in perfect harmony.

Spanning around 500 m² of living and usable space, this exceptional single-family residence – designed by Giulia Gaillet (Arkitekt.ch, Anzère VS) – brings the spectacular scenery of lake and mountains consciously into everyday living.
The client’s vision is clear: not an ordinary house, not a repetition of existing forms, but a place with character. Natural materials, a refined architectural language and expansive glazing define the concept. With minimal frames and large sliding windows, maximum transparency is achieved – an architecture that does not separate, but connects.
Spaces open towards the landscape, boundaries dissolve, and the view becomes a living part of the interior. Indoor and outdoor areas flow seamlessly into one another, creating a living experience defined by openness, calm and natural harmony.
Choosing SwissFineLine was no coincidence. Alongside technological innovation and uncompromising precision, it was above all Swiss craftsmanship, entrepreneurial values and a collaborative partnership that convinced the client – qualities that perfectly match a project designed from the outset to be truly exceptional.
